Brewery and The Beast, Festival of Meat

From the producers of Culinaire; Brewery & the Beast promises to satisfy the meat-enthusiast inside us all. 
Local chefs will demonstrate their skill and passion for meat through a wide variety of mouth watering dishes – from classic bbq, charcuterie, smoked meats, and house-made sausage, to ethnic-inspired creations, whole pigs roast, and other full-flavoured, exotic foods.

Accompanying the decadent dishes will be beverages provided by the Phillips Brewing Company, Merridale Cider, Homemade Sodas, and Traditional Iced Teas to wash down the savoury, sweet, and smoky flavours.

Join us in the “backyard” at the Phillips Brewing Company on Sunday September 23, 2012 for Victoria’s 1st annual festival of meat.
