Deano from Lighthouse has put together a Tasman Ale Cask with Galaxy, Topaz & Summer Hops. Along with the brew, Chef will be putting on a fine spread of classic Aussie Meat Pies and of course their will be Budy Rum.
Apparently this cask is called Fire Retardant.
Thursday January, 24th starting at 5:00pm at Clive’s Classic Lounge in the Chateau Victoria.
There has also been the rumour of an Imperial Keepers Stout mentioned, hopefully this one will stay in Victoria.
